I'm Jayasree, a Holistic Counsellor combining Indian Knowledge Systems with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to combat youth depression and suicidal ideation. With a profound shift from Computer Programming to Psychology post-2005, I've been a transformative force in counselling since 2010. My approach, inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, has touched over 5000 lives through empowering workshops. Holding an MSc in Psychology and certified in Positive Psychology, my mission is to instill resilience and clarity. Join me in exploring holistic pathways to mental wellness and success.!
